How this assessment works
Self-assessment only; no site crawl, independent verification, or automated technical audit. Not yet = 0, Partly = 1, Yes = 2. Not sure and unanswered items are excluded from the score, never counted as zero. Each question carries one third of its category weight. Overall score = 100 × sum(answer × category weight / 3) / sum(2 × category weight / 3 for known answers), rounded to the nearest integer. Category scores are the percentage of available points among known answers in that category. Category weights: 25%, 25%, 20%, 15%, 15%. Weighted coverage is the percentage of total possible question weight supported by known answers. Coverage measures completeness of self-reported evidence, not independent confidence or performance. Scores are directional discussion aids, not benchmarks or certifications.
Recommendations prioritize unscored categories, then the lowest category scores. Ties follow questionnaire order. All answers must be selected before results are shown; “Not sure” is always allowed.
